1. Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1 business days after payment confirmation.
During festivals, sales, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Partners & Delivery
We work with trusted courier partners such as Shiprocket for safe and timely delivery.
Estimated delivery timelines:
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 4–6 business days
Remote/Interior Areas: 7–10 business days
International shipping (if applicable) may take 10–20 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email/SMS with your tracking number.
You can track your shipment directly on the courier’s website.
5. Delays & Liability
While we aim to deliver on time, unforeseen delays (weather, courier issues, customs) may occur.
Nation Divine is not liable for delays once the package is handed over to the courier.
Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if the item delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with original packaging.
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Personalized/customized items
Intimate or personal use items (such as used urns)
Clearance/sale items, unless defective or damaged
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect product, we’ll replace it with the same item (subject to availability) free of shipping charges.
5. How to Initiate a Return
Email us at support@nationdivine.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will share the return instructions. Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage in transit.
